MeliSeller offers a 7-day evaluation window for all first-time subscriptions. As long as usage remains within standard evaluation thresholds (no bulk CSV scraping or high-volume data harvesting), you may request a full refund to your original payment method.
1. Eligibility Window
The 7-day guarantee applies exclusively to first-time subscriptions across all paid tiers (Starter Pro, Growth Pro, Enterprise). Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the initial charge date.
Renewals, recurring periodic cycles, and accounts previously refunded do not qualify for refund guarantees.
2. Fair Use Policy & Anti-Scraping Safeguards
MeliSeller delivers high-value, institutional cross-border market intelligence. To prevent automated scraping, data theft, and commercial arbitrage, refunds require that usage remains strictly within reasonable evaluation parameters:
Fair Use Evaluation Thresholds (Must all be met):
- Total CSV / spreadsheet report exports ≤ 3 times (with < 100 total rows exported);
- Tendencias and Blue Ocean Opportunity Index deep queries ≤ 20 searches;
- Items actively tracked in Competitor Radar ≤ 3 listings.
* Accounts exceeding these evaluation thresholds have received substantive digital intelligence delivery and are ineligible for a full refund.
3. Cancellation vs. Refund Distinction
You may disable recurring renewals at any time. Paid features stay active through the end of the current billing cycle with zero penalty fees.
Full refund returned to original payment method. Upon approval, the account immediately downgrades to the free tier.
4. How to Submit a Request

- Our billing team will review fair use audit logs and authorize the full refund to your original payment method (Dodo Payments, card, or wire) within 24 business hours.
