By accessing or using MeliSeller (including our web platform, APIs, and MeliInspector browser extension), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MeliSeller provides analytics, profit calculation, search velocity tracking, and IP risk screening for merchants operating in Latin America.

2. Subscriptions, Billing, and 7-Day Refund Guarantee

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle. All new paid subscriptions are protected by our 7-Day Refund Guarantee (Fair Use Policy). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal without penalties or cancellation fees.

3. Acceptable Use and Rate Limits

You agree not to reverse-engineer, resell, or execute abusive automated requests against our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these policies without prior notice.
